Omondi Eric, Founder & CEO of Esonga Menstrual Care, has served as a lead consultant on menstrual health management (MHM) and SRHR with World Vision in Bidibidi Refugee Settlement (Yumbe) and in Busia and Tororo districts.
In collaboration with World Vision Busia, Esonga trainers have facilitated practical training on reusable pad and soap production for out-of-school girls and women’s groups, combining menstrual health education with skills that support income and self-reliance.
The training approach pairs practical MHM skills with psychosocial awareness, so that girls and women can manage their periods with dignity and pass on what they learn.
